Known for her outgoing personality, intellect and exceptional communication skills, Mary-Blanche is a natural-born leader. As Hinge’s Director of Operations, she’s responsible for managing the business operations and intelligence infrastructure for the organization. She also oversees Hinge’s talent network, partnerships and professional development initiatives.

Over her career she has also developed special expertise in digital content strategy, website development and leading internal cross-functional teams.

She has also been instrumental in new product development at Hinge. For instance, she managed the team that produced our innovative high-performance website framework, a powerful but affordable marketing platform for professional services firms.
